Packages

Pick your size. Add what your audience needs.

Most AV companies in this region publish nothing and quote from a black box. Here's our menu: four starting scopes by event size, every one crewed, with the budget band each typically lands in.

The Briefing

Up to ~75 people

Typically lands under $5k

Board meetings, panels, trainings, press conferences, small receptions with a speaking program.

  • PA sized to the room, tuned on site
  • Up to 4 channels of coordinated wireless
  • Screen or large display for slides, with playback
  • An engineer at the console for your full program
  • Advance call and content check before show day

The Program

~75–250 people

Typically lands in the $5–15k band

Town halls, awards nights, fundraisers with a program, company celebrations.

  • Larger PA with coverage design for dinner seating
  • Up to 8 channels of coordinated wireless, RF-scanned in the room
  • Projection or LED options specced to your room’s light
  • Presenter lighting and a confidence monitor
  • Engineer plus a second tech; site walk in the advance

The Production

~250–600 people

Typically lands in the $15–50k band

Galas, general sessions, product launches — events with a moment that has to land.

  • Designed audio system with delays or fills where the room needs them
  • Full wireless plan with staged backups
  • LED wall or blended projection, engineered to your content
  • Stage wash plus room lighting in your palette; staging and drape
  • Show caller on headset, department techs, rehearsal, written run of show

The Series

Multi-day · multi-room

Scoped from your agenda — most land $50k+

Conferences, summits, and festivals — general session plus breakouts, over one or more days.

  • Everything above, scaled per room and per day
  • Production management across the full schedule
  • Breakout rooms specced to their content, with roaming techs on radio
  • Session recording program, decided per room
  • One production lead from first site walk to last truck out

Bands assume a single day, one room, and reasonable venue access — the same cost drivers explained in our pricing guide move them in both directions. Every package includes the advance work: venue coordination, content deadlines, and a written plan.

Hybrid add-ons that attach to any package

The remote audience is a second room, and it gets engineered like one. Each add-on below drops onto any package; the approach behind them is on our hybrid & streaming page.

Stream Kit
A produced single-camera stream: console audio feed (never a room mic), your platform of choice, redundant recording, and a dedicated stream engineer whose only job is the remote audience.
Multi-Camera Broadcast
Two to three cameras with a director at the switcher — real cuts, speaker close-ups, slides at native resolution, and IMAG to in-room screens if the room calls for it.
Remote Presenter Kit
Remote speakers mixed into the room with proper mix-minus returns so nobody hears themselves on delay — including a scheduled tech check with every remote presenter before show day.
Press Feed / Mult Box
Clean program audio for every journalist and broadcast crew, direct from the console — no recorder pile on your podium. Broadcast video feeds arranged in the advance.
Connectivity Backup
Bonded-cellular internet standing by for streams that cannot hiccup — investor calls, public programs, anything with one take.
Recording & Delivery
Redundant capture of the program and camera feeds, delivered as files your team can actually use — for archives, marketing, or on-demand publishing.

Also popular

Uplighting in your colors
The room’s walls in your brand or event palette, tested in the actual room during setup.
Drape walls
Pipe and drape or velvet walls to shape the room, back a stage, or hide what the venue can’t.
Custom gobo
Your logo or monogram projected on the floor or wall — the detail every photographer finds.
Headphone audio (silent disco)
Multi-channel LED headsets for venues where a PA can’t go — over a hundred units staged, charged, and channel-checked.

Common questions

Are these packages fixed prices?

No — they’re starting scopes with the bands they typically land in. The final number comes after we know your room and program, because the venue’s realities (access, power, rigging) move cost in both directions. The bands are there so you can budget before you ever talk to us.

Does every package include crew?

Yes, always. There’s no package on this page, and no quote we write, where gear shows up without the crew that sets it, runs it, and backs it up. If dry-hire is what you’re shopping for, we’re the wrong company for that job.

Can we mix packages and add-ons?

That’s the point of the menu. A Briefing with a Stream Kit is a very common buy; so is a Production with the Remote Presenter Kit and a press mult. Start from your headcount, and the discovery call tightens the rest.

What isn’t included in the bands?

Venue-controlled costs — rigging where the house holds an exclusive, venue power or internet fees, and union labor where a room requires it. We surface all of these in the advance so they show up in the quote, not as surprises on your venue bill.
