This website exists to help you evaluate and plan event AV production. You're welcome to browse, share links, and use our guides in planning your events. The content — text, photographs, and design — belongs to Baltimore AV Company and may not be republished commercially without permission.

Accuracy

We work to keep everything here accurate, including venue notes and technical guidance. Venues change their rules, rooms get renovated, and platforms change their requirements — always confirm current specifics during your advance. Site content is general guidance, not engineering advice for your specific event; that's what the actual production process is for.

Quotes and contracts

Nothing on this site is a quote or an offer. Pricing, scope, and commitments for your event are defined in a written proposal and contract between you and us — and that document controls if it differs from anything here.

Photography

Event photographs on this site come from productions we ran, published with the client's permission where identifiable. If you appear in a photo and would like it removed, contact us and we'll take care of it.
