This site collects personal information only when you choose to send it — through the contact form, the event planner questionnaire, or by calling or emailing us. That information (your name, contact details, and what you tell us about your event) is used to respond to your inquiry and plan your event, and for no other purpose.
What we collect and how
- Form submissions. Forms on this site are processed by Netlify Forms, our hosting provider's form service. Submissions are delivered to our inbox and stored in our hosting account.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages requested) for security and operations.
- Analytics. If analytics run on this site, they are used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell or share visitor data with third parties for their marketing.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information, we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for, and we don't share event details you send us with anyone outside the production team working on your inquiry.
Retention and requests
Inquiry records are kept as long as they're useful for serving you as a client or prospective client. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, contact us through the contact page and we'll handle it promptly.
